Ingredients

  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup capsicum (red) - finely chopped
  • 1 / 3 cups capsicum - finely chopped
  • parsley

Instructions

To make the Bell Pepper and Parsley Rice formula, first toasty olive cooking oil in a pressure cooker.

Now mix in garlic and make for 30 seconds.
