  • 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1/4 cup Britannia Cream Cheese - flavored like jalepeno or peppers works great
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the buttery Pumpkin Pasta gravy steps; first get all the fixings ready and keep it by the side.toasty cooking oil in a wok on medium toasty, transfer in in the garlic, red peppers and pumpkin.

I use a KitchenAid Diamond Blender and that blends even fiery fixings without splashing all over.If your blender can take in fiery inrgedients, then transfer in all of it right away.transfer in all the fixings like the cooked pumpkin, peppers, dairy liquid and heavy cream cheddar into the blender and whiz to make a velvety puree.

Once blended, check the table salt and pepper levels and adjust to suit your lively profile.

The buttery pumpkin puree can now be used as a pasta gravy for lasagna's or even regular pastas.Store the buttery Pumpkin gravy in a glass jar or bottle, and chill it for a maximum of 3 to 4 days and use it as and when required to make raw pasta.
