1 cup Hakka Noodles - boiled
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - chopped finely
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped finely
1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - finely shredded
3 tablespoon Eggless Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Sunflower Oil - for deep frying
