  • 1 cup Hakka Noodles - boiled
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) - chopped finely
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) - finely shredded
  • 3 tablespoon Eggless Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for deep frying
