Ingredients
2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Melted Butter
1/2 cup Molasses
1 tablespoon Water
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, whip together dusting masala condiment, brown granulated sugar, baking dusting masala condiment, and spices.
