4 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - deseeded and finely chopped
4 cloves Garlic - roughly chopped
1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes - soaked in olive oil
1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
4 Dry Red Chillies
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt - to taste

To begin making the home-cooked Harissa method, all you need is a set of basic items required.

Make sure you have all of them ready and kept aside.The first step is to toast the red bell peppers, you can toast them in the oven on in a wok.

I personally prefer roasting it in the wok, as it gets done faster and gets great flavors as well. toasty a teaspoon of oil in the wok, toss in the garlic, the finely sliced red bell peppers and scatter some seasoning.

agitate shallow fry the red bell pepper on medium toasty until well roasted and softened.

Once you notice the peppers are roasted and softened turn off the toasty.In the next step, we have to toast the coriander, cumin and chillies.

toasty a small pot on medium toasty and toss in the coriander, cumin seeds and parched red chillies.

toast on medium toasty until you smell the aromas coming through.

This will take less than 2 moments.The next step is to process all the items required in a food processor.

toss in the roasted peppers, the roasted coriander and cumin and the remaining items required including the olive oil into the food processor.
