Ingredients
1-1 / 2 cup rice
1/4 tsp saffron
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel
1 inch cinnamon
2 long
salt - 2 tbsp ghee
as per taste
Instructions

To make kashmiri saffron pulao method, first wash the rice and soak it in aqua for 15 mins.

After 15 mins, empty out the aqua and keep it aside.

stream in whole milk in a saucepan and bring to temperature it for 1 minute.

toss in saffron to it and keep it aside.

bring to temperature the ghee in a pressure cooker.

toss in cumin, fennel, cinnamon and long and make till the cumin seeds crackle.

Now toss in rice, 3 cups of aqua, seasoning to palate, saffron whole milk and incorporate well.

Close the cooker and make until 2 to 3 cities come.

Turn off the gas.

Let the pressure empty out automatically.

Open, incorporate and present cookers.

present the Kashmiri Saffron Pulao method along with kashmiri rogan josh and lotus stem cutlet for dinner.
