100 gm Makhana - Crush in ghee
crush 1/2 cup gram flour
1 onion - finely chopped
1 green chili - chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt - 1 sprig of green coriander - chopped
1 sprig of curry leaves - chopped
oil - as per taste

To make Makhana Pakora, first of all, introduce crushed Makhana, gram dusting masala condiment, shallot, green chillies, cumin, red chili dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, table salt, coriander leaves and curry leaves in a mixing bowl.
