  • 250 grams Lasagna sheets - (5 sheets)
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli - cut small
  • 100 grams Feta Cheese
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tomatoes - halved
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic - pound
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 1 Basil leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking

Instructions

Once done keep it aside to start assembling the lasagna.Take a small flat nonstick wok, first, layer it with condiment dip, then the lasagna sheets , mix in the condiment dip again , mix in the sauteed vegetables, grated cheddar and wrap it with the lasagna sheets, continue the process by adding the condiment dip and the remaining fixings. Finish till the brim of the wok with condiment dip, sauteed produce and cheddar.
