  • 2 Green zucchini - cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - thinly sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes - thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 Red onion - cut into onion rings
  • Feta Cheese - drained
  • 1/2 cup Homemade Basil Pesto - (or basil pesto)
  • Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce - to taste (optional for spice)
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
