1 Crusty bread log
4 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
1 Onion - finely chopped
3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 tablespoon Corn flour
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - for shallow frying

To begin making the Sesame Bread Patties (Cutlets) steps first prepare the sliced bread by trimming the sides.

In a container transfer some liquid.

Dip 6 of the 10 bread slices into the liquid, immediately take them out and squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible.Place the soggy bread in a container.

Over this, crumble the remaining slices of bread and mash it all up together to form a soggy flour base.To the flour base introduce the hung curd, finely diced onions and green chillies.

incorporate well and scatter in the black and white sesame seeds, granulated sugar, red chilli ground mix, table salt and cornflour.

Then divide it into 12-14 equal parts and shape them into small patties. To shape the patties with ease, it may help to oil your palms with a little oil so that the paste doesn't stick.The patties shouldn’t be too thick, as that will make it take longer to prepare and absorb too much oil.

Ensure that they are thin enough to prepare easily and also hold shape.Preheat a skillet on medium mildly hot.

Place the patties on the skillet, trickle some oil on the top and prepare them evenly until golden brown and crisp on both sides.Keep turning them around until they are golden on both sides.

Once done, remove the patties and place them on kitchen paper to sieve the excess oil.present the Sesame Bread Patties (Bread Cutlets) along with lime wedges, tomato ketchup or Salad and present it for a weeknight dinner.
