1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dry sherry
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 lb Sirloin steak
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Dry sherry
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Chicken Stock
1 lb Broccoli
2 tablespoons High Heat Cooking Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Water

mix gently together the beef marinade items required (1 teaspoon soy gravy, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper) in a medium container.

mix in the beef slices and mix gently until coated.

Prepare the gravy:
mix gently together the gravy items required (2 tablespoons oyster gravy, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1 teaspoon soy gravy, 1/4 cup chicken broth) in a small container.

Bring a pot of moisture to a bring to a low-boil.
