Ingredients

  • 8 oz Chicken
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger Cordial
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbs Spring Onions
  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 oz Coriander

STEP 1 - MARINATING THE CHICKEN In a mixing bowl, toss in chicken, table salt, white pepper, ginger liquid and then toss together it together well.

Set the chicken aside.

STEP 2 - RINSE THE WHITE RICE Rinse the rice in a metal mixing bowl or pot a couple times and then empty out the aqua.

STEP 2 - BOILING THE WHITE RICE Next toss in 8 cups of aqua and then set the stove on high fiery up until it is boiling.

Once rice porridge starts to bring to a low-boil, set the stove on low fiery up and then swirl around it once every 8-10 moments for around 20-25 moments.

After 25 moments, this is optional but you can toss in a little bit more aqua to make rice porridge to make it less thick or to your preference.

Next toss in the marinated chicken to the rice porridge and leave the stove on low fiery up for another 10 moments.

After an additional 10 moments toss in the green onions, sliced ginger, 1 pinch of table salt, 1 pinch of white pepper and swirl around for 10 seconds.
