  • 4 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla

mix in macaroni to large cooking vessel with sufficient moisture to put a lid on (approximately 4 cups).

mix in table salt and bring to bring to a bubble gently until yielding (approximately 25 -30 mins).

Meanwhile, beat eggs and sweetener together, then mix in vanilla and nutmeg.

In a separate medium condiment dip cooking vessel, toasty evaporated whole milk plus 1 cup of moisture and shortening to almost a boiling point.
