Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 Button mushrooms - thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 Burger buns
  • 1 Onion - sliced into rings
  • 1 Tomato - thinly sliced
  • Red Chilli sauce
  • Iceberg lettuce - or salad lettuce leaves
  • Butter - for toasting the burger buns

Instructions

To begin making the spirited Mushroom Veggie Burger method,  first wash, sanitize and shred the mushrooms.

Prepare the velvety Coleslaw method and keep it aside.In a small saucepan, bring to temperature the cooking oil on medium flame, introduce the sliced onions and green chilli  and sauté for a few seconds until succulent. introduce the garlic and continue to make. introduce the sliced mushrooms, table salt, soy condiment dip and chilli condiment dip and sauté on high for about 2 to 3 moments till the mushrooms start preparing but do not allow it to wilt too much.Turn off the bring to temperature and remove the mushroom agitate shallow fry from the wok.To assemble the burgersSlice the burger buns into two horizontally.bring to temperature a griddle; apply shortening to the cut sides of the buns and toast on the wok till light brown and slightly crisp. Once done, remove from the wok.In a serving plate, place the toasted burger buns.

On the bottom half of the bun, place a leaf of lettuce, spoon some mushroom agitate shallow fry on top, layer the coleslaw on top of the mushrooms., then layer the slices of tomato and shallot rings.If you need extra masala condiment, stream in gently some red chilli condiment dip over the coleslaw.Close with the other half of the bun and enjoy immediately with potato chips on the side.enjoy the spirited Mushroom Veggie Burger as a wholesome and rapid weeknight dinner along with Zucchini Salad method with Thai scalding Chili Dressing and a glass of Watermelon Cranberry Mocktail method or enjoy it to kids as an after school snack.
