Ingredients
1 cup tamarind paste
1/2 cup jaggery
1 teaspoon rasam powder - or red chili powder
salt - as per taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard
asafoetida - Pinch
4 to 5 green chillies - thin and straight cut
Instructions

To make Hunase Gojju directions, first scalding up cooking oil in a skillet.

introduce mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and chilli.

After 15 to 20 seconds, introduce tamarind paste, jaggery, rasam dusting seasoning, mix gently it and prepare for 2 mins.

Now introduce 2 cups of moisture to it and let it heat to boiling point for 15 mins, introduce seasoning and turn off the gas after 15 mins.
