  • 10 Del Monte Green Olives - whole
  • 5 Del Monte Black Olives - sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 5-6 Sichuan peppercorns - freshly crushed with mortar and pestle
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes - (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons Cheddar cheese - grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon zest - grated
  • 15-20 Parsley leaves - finely chopped
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves (Pudina) - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - grated
