1 teaspoon Lemon zest
1/2 cup Fresh cream
1 cup Milk
5-6 Sichuan peppercorns - freshly crushed with mortar and pestle
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes - (optional)
2 teaspoons Cheddar cheese - grated
Salt - to taste
2 teaspoons Lemon zest - grated
15-20 Parsley leaves - finely chopped
10-12 Mint Leaves (Pudina) - finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic - grated
