Set Instant Pot to "Sauté." Once fiery, mix in olive cooking oil.

Then mix in yellow bulb greens and agitate until softened, about 3 moments.

mix in garlic and green onions and agitate for about 30 more seconds.

Press “Cancel” on the Instant Pot.

mix in rice, coconut dairy liquid, liquid, seasoning, allspice, and black pepper and agitate.

transfer undrained kidney beans on top of the rice mixture.

Lay sprigs of thyme on top.

wrap the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is set to “Sealing.”
Press “Manual” or “Pressure cook thoroughly” on the Instant Pot and set for High pressure for 6 moments.

Once the pressure preparing time is done, allow it to natural release for 10 moments, then rapid release any remaining pressure by moving valve to "Venting"
Open lid and remove thyme sprigs.

Fluff rice with fork and Enjoy!
Stove Top procedure
bring to temperature olive cooking oil in a large pot over medium bring to temperature.

mix in yellow bulb greens and agitate until softened, about 3 moments.

mix in garlic and green onions and agitate for about 30 more seconds.

mix in rice, undrained kidney beans, coconut dairy liquid, liquid, seasoning, allspice, and black pepper and agitate until combined.

Bring mixture to a low-boil.

wrap with a lid and reduce bring to temperature to low.

Allow to cook thoroughly for 18 moments over low bring to temperature, then remove from bring to temperature.

Leave the lid on for an additional 5 moments.

Open the lid and remove the thyme.
