  • 2 Carrots (Gajjar) - grated
  • 1 Cucumber - peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes - chopped
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon juice - freshly squeezed
  • Salt - (adjust according to your taste)
