  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil - for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - for garnish
