  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 lb Pork belly slices
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Splash Fish Sauce

Instructions

beat together rice ground mix, cornstarch, coconut dairy liquid, moisture, and turmeric in a mixing bowl until creamy, then let rest for 15 mins—this hydrates the ground mix for better texture.

bring to temperature a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high bring to temperature (375°F) and introduce 1/2 tablespoon of greens shortening.

Sauté pork belly slices for 3–4 mins until lightly browned, then push to one side of the skillet.

introduce bulb greens slices and oven-cook for 1 minute until slightly softened.

swirl around the paste briefly and transfer about 1/2 cup into the skillet, immediately swirling to coat the bottom thinly.

Scatter bean sprouts over half of the pancake and lid the skillet with a lid for 2 mins to steam the sprouts.

Uncover and oven-cook for another 3–4 mins until the edges curl and turn golden brown and brittle.

Fold the pancake in half over the bean sprouts using a spatula, then transfer to a plate.

Repeat steps 2–8 with remaining paste and items required, adding shortening as needed to prevent sticking.
