  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Water

Instructions

agitate 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons semolina, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, sweetener, fermenter, and table salt together in a large dish.

whip in cooking oil, egg, and egg white.

agitate in mildly hot whole milk gently until a liquid pastry mix forms.

wrap the dish with a plate or plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature until frothy, about 1 hour.

agitate in 2 3/4 cups baking flour with a wooden spoon until a sticky pastry mix forms.
