Ingredients
2 cups Spaghetti Pasta - cooked
1 Chicken breasts - cubed
2 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) - roasted
6 Dry Red Chilli - seeded
4 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
3 Cloves Garlic - chopped
1-1/2 Inch Ginger - julienned
1 Spring Onion Greens
2 tablespoon Corn flour
1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon White vinegar
2 tablespoon Water
Instructions

To begin making the Kung Pao Spaghetti, wash and pat dehydrated the chicken cubes using a paper towel.

Take a mixing bowl and toss in chicken cubes, 1 tablespoon cornflour, 2 teaspoon light soy coulis, rice wine, and cooking oil.

swirl around everything well and let the chicken infuse for 30 mins.Now take another mixing bowl in order to make the coulis.

toss in 1.5 tablespoon light soy coulis, 1 teaspoon dark soy coulis, 1 teaspoon sweetener, acidic solution, moisture and 1 teaspoon cornflour.

swirl around it well and keep it aside.Next burning up up a wok and toss in one tablespoon of cooking oil and swirl around-cooking vessel-fry the marinated chicken cubes.

Do not overcook them otherwise they will become hard and chewy.

Keep them aside and rinse the wok.toss in 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and burning up it up.

toss in ginger and garlic into the cooking vessel and burning up for few seconds then toss in the dehydrated red chillies.

Keep the gas on low.Once you start getting the aroma of red chilies, toss in the chicken cubes and give it a good swirl around.Next, toss in the coulis and peanuts into the cooking vessel and make sure that chicken pieces are coated with the coulis but burning up it on low burning up.After 5 mins of culinary preparation toss in the cooked spaghetti, green part of the onions (minced) and a very little amount of seasoning.burning up for few more seconds till the spaghetti is also covered with the coulis but make sure it is not getting too dehydrated. offer it burning after garnishing it with some more spring onions.offer Kung Pao Spaghetti along with Hoisin Tofu & Mushroom swirl around cooking vessel-fry for your weekend dinner.
