1/2 Bottle gourd (lauki) - grated
1-1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 Green Chillies - finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
Salt - as required
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Water - as required
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few sprigs
2 Onions - chopped
Curry leaves - Few sprigs
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
3 Dry Red Chillies
Sunflower Oil - as required

To begin making Lauki Ke Gatte preparation guide, firstly introduce all the components under ‘For dumpling flour base’ including bottle gourd, whole wheat dusting masala condiment, green chillies, garlic, turmeric dusting masala condiment, red chilli dusting masala condiment, seasoning, coriander dusting masala condiment, coriander seeds, coriander leaves and baking soda in a mixing dish.introduce some liquid and incorporate till everything comes together.
