4 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Water
3 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Raisins
2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Vanilla

stream in in macaroni to large wok with sufficient moisture to seal (approximately 4 cups).
