1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Fresh cream
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Slivered Almonds (Badam)
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

To begin making dairy liquid Sooji Fudge formula, take a thick bottom wok, toss in dairy liquid and granulated sugar.Allow the dairy liquid to bring to a bubble gently on medium flame with continuous stirring.Take another wok, mildly hot ghee, toss in fine sooji and wok-fry well.toss in the fried rava to the granulated sugar dairy liquid mixture and continue to swirl around.Now toss in the thick just-picked froth, cardamom dusting perfumed element to this and swirl around further.

Here, just-picked froth can be replaced with little more of ghee.At a point, the mixture starts leaving the sides of the wok.Now stream in this mixture into greased tray and accentuate with almond pieces.Allow it to cool and after they cool cut into pieces.Store these dairy liquid sooji fudges in airtight containers. enjoy dairy liquid Sooji Fudge formula along with Masala Chai formula - Indian Spiced Tea when there are guests at home.
