  • 6 Potatoes (Aloo)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - loosely packed
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) - loosely packed
  • 1/2 Green Chilli
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Lemon juice - of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
