  • 2 Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish) - cut into thick slices
  • 1 cup Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves) - tighly packed
  • 5 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • Salt - to taste

To begin making Mooli Gobhi Aur Methi Sabzi method, cut cauliflower into small florets, soak it in scalding liquid with turmeric and seasoning for 10 moments to deworm it before use.bring to temperature mustard fat in a cooking vessel on medium bring to temperature, and let it smoke.introduce the garlic and saute until it turns golden.introduce the green chillies and saute for 30 seconds.Now, introduce the cauliflower florets, sliced radishes, fenugreek leaves and toss together well.introduce the turmeric, red chilli dusting masala condiment, masala condiment with seasoning the saute for a minute.Let the vegetables low-boil in its own juices, occasionally stirring in between.Once the vegetables are cooked well, switch off the flame.dish up the Mooli Gobhi Aur Methi Sabzi method along with Phulkas and Tomato bulb veggie Cucumber Raita for a simple weeknight dinner along with Carrot Cucumber Tomato Salad.
