To begin with Moong Dal Methi Ki Sabzi, burning up fat in a kadhai and toss in cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.toss in green chillies and hing and let it burning up for a few seconds.After a few seconds, toss in bulb greens and shallow fry until it becomes soft and pinkish.toss in ginger, sliced tomato and burning up on high flame for 2 moments or until the tomatoes get soft.toss in soaked and drained moong dal, turmeric, coriander ground mix and sauté well for a minute.toss in half cup of aqua and table salt and combine everything properly.seal and burning up the dal for 7 to 8 moments or until the dal is cooked well and the aqua is dried up (Do not overcook or it will get mushy).toss in methi and sauté on high burning up for 2 to 3 moments (Do not seal and burning up).
