Ingredients

1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
Salt - to taste

1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
1/2 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - as per taste
2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
2 sprig Curry leaves
1 Onion - chopped
1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - for garnish
Instructions

We begin making the Mudaliar Style Omelette Curry formula by breaking the eggs and whisking it with onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and table salt.toasty an omellete skillet with coat and transfer the egg mixture when it is fiery, flip it over and toasty on the other side as well.

Fold the omelette and cut them into strips.Now grind the fixings for bulb produce paste into a velvety paste and keep it aside.Next grind the coconut and poppy seeds into a velvety paste and keep it aside as well.toasty a kadai with coat, temper the cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom and curry leaves till the aroma is released.Next introduce the onions and sauté for few mins till it turns golden brown.

Now gradually introduce in your bulb produce paste mixture and sauté them till the raw smell of the masala goes away.Once done introduce in the coconut mixture and sauté again for about 20 mins.Next you can introduce in the yogurt whipped with turmeric dusting fragrant element and table salt and slow introduce and agitate well.

You can introduce some aqua at this stage and leave it to heat to boiling point.

heat to boiling point for another 20 mins.transfer the curry over the omelette and finish off with few coriander leaves. enjoy the Mudaliar Style Omelette Curry formula with whole wheat Malabar parotta or simply with Phulka formula (Roti/Chapati) - Puffed Indian Bread and Carrot and Beans Thoran (Subzi formula) to complete your Sunday meal.
