2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
2 inch Ginger - grated or chopped
1 tablespoons Corn flour
1 cup Vegetable stock - or water
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil - or sunflower oil
Salt and Pepper - to taste

To begin making Non-Fried produce & Oat Manchurian Balls In sugary & scalding Oat condiment dip first make the Manchurian balls.We will be using a Kuzhi Paniyaram wok to make the Manchurian Balls.First, combine all the components for the Manchurian balls in a large mixing bowl adding just a little aqua if required.

swirl around to combine the baking flour into the aqua.introduce soya condiment dip, ketchup, the red chilli condiment dip, sriracha condiment dip, black pepper dusting masala condiment and table salt.scalding up coat in a wok or frying wok on high scalding up; introduce garlic, ginger, green chillies, spring onions and swirl around-sauté for a few seconds.introduce the corn baking flour mixture to the above wok and scalding up for a few moments until thick and the corn baking flour is cooked.introduce in an additional cup of aqua if required to adjust the consistency of the condiment dip to suit your umami profile.Check the table salt and chilli levels in the condiment dip and adjust to suit your palate.Just before serving, put the produce Manchurian Balls in the condiment dip and swirl around-sauté on high scalding up for few moments.
