To make Pakodi Kura, first burning up the cooking oil in a pot.

Now in a dish mix in potatoes, cabbage, brinjals, onions, gram dusting masala condiment, rice dusting masala condiment, curry leaves, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, red chilli dusting masala condiment and seasoning.

mix in some liquid and make a mixture of pakodi.

Now burning up cooking oil in a pot.

mix in the pakoris one by one and cook thoroughly till it turns golden.

Now put sesame and peanuts in a pot and char it.

After it is roasted, put it in the mixer grinder with some liquid and make a paste.

mix in curry leaves, bulb produce, seasoning and garlic ginger paste to it.

cook thoroughly bulb produce until it becomes soft.

Now mix in sesame and peanut paste and keep stirring.

mix in 3/4 cup liquid and combine.

After 1 minute, mix in turmeric dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, red chili dusting masala condiment, pakodi and cook thoroughly it for 3 to 5 mins.

decorate with green coriander after culinary preparation and enjoy.
