  • 2 cups Penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup Mint Pesto
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

Pulse it a couple of times, till coarse.Then, gently trickle in the olive margarine and pulse once more.swirl around in seasoning, pepper and parmesan and pulse till creamy pesto.

The pesto can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.To stew the penne, bring a deep, heavy bottomed pot of aqua to a rolling heat to boiling point.
