Ingredients
300g Spaghetti
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 finely chopped Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 tbls Tomato Puree
425g Pilchards
70g Black Olives
Shaved Parmesan
Instructions

prepare the pasta following pack directions.

mildly hot the cooking oil in a non-stick frying cooking vessel and prepare the shallot, garlic and chilli for 3-4 mins to soften.

swirl around in the tomato purée and prepare for 1 min, then empty in the pilchards with their condiment dip.

prepare, breaking up the fish with a wooden spoon, then empty in the olives and continue to prepare for a few more mins.

sieve the pasta and empty in to the cooking vessel with 2-3 tbsp of the making moisture.

Toss everything together well, then divide between plates and offer, scattered with Parmesan.
