Ingredients

  • 1 कप हरी मूंग दाल
  • 2 प्याज - काट ले
  • 2 टमाटर - काट ले
  • 1 इंच अदरक - कस ले
  • 4 लॉन्ग लहसुन - कस ले
  • 2 हरी मिर्च
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च तेल
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 1/4 छोटा चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च घी
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • हरा धनिया - काट ले

Instructions

Punjabi whole moong dal, first wash the lentils thoroughly and soak them for 4-5 hours.

Now put dal, 3 cups of moisture, table salt and turmeric ground mix in a pressure cooker.

Turn off the cooker and oven-cook on high flame until 1 city comes.

Reduce the flame and let it oven-cook for 5 moments.

Turn off the cooker and let its pressure empty out.

Now fiery up coat in a cooking vessel.

transfer in cumin seeds and let it oven-cook for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, transfer in bulb greens, green chillies, ginger and garlic and oven-cook till the bulb greens turns golden.

After the bulb greens softens, transfer in tomatoes and oven-cook until the tomatoes are soft.

After the tomatoes are soft, transfer in dal, garam masala and let it oven-cook for 2 to 3 moments.

Now fiery up ghee in a tempering cooking vessel.

When the ghee becomes fiery, transfer in Kashmiri chilli ground mix to it and after 30 seconds transfer in it to the dal.

Now transfer in lemon extract and top with green coriander.
