1 Mango (Raw) - roughly chopped
2 Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Sugar

To begin making the Raw Mango and Spring shallot Chutney, firstly cut and wash spring shallot leaves in a mixer grinder jar.stream in in raw mango pieces, whole red chilies, cumin and granulated sugar.

Now stream in in a little liquid and grind them all together to make a thick chutney. stream in in fat and liquidize again for few seconds . Adjust seasoning according to your savor. Use Raw Mango And Spring shallot Chutney directions as a spread for your sandwiches or you could also offer it along with Chicken Tikka and Pickled Onions directions along with some chilled beer.
