  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Palm sugar
  • 2 cups Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup Milk - evaporated
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instructions
