  • 1/4 cup Soy Chunks (Nuggets) - boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 4 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled and diced
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper - as needed
