  • 16 ounces Silken Tofu
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese Sesame Sauce
  • 1 sliced Scallions
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed

Instructions

Prepare the tofu: empty out the tofu and gently remove it from its packaging onto a large plate.

Carefully cut the tofu into 1/2-inch slabs widthwise.

With the palm of your hands, gently push the sliced tofu sidewise so that they fan out over the plate.

finish off with toppings and dish up: empty gently the soy gravy and sesame gravy on top.

Tightly lid leftovers and keep cold for up to 2 days.
