Ingredients
2 bitter gourd - cut it round
2 onions - thin and straight cut
2 tomatoes - finely chopped
1/4 cup curd
2 green chillies - finely chopped
1 inch ginger - finely chopped
5 cloves garlic - Finely chop
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp pomegranate powder
coriander powder - finely chopped Take salt - 1 tbsp oil
as per taste
Instructions

To make Sindhi Karela Bhaji formula, first of all stream in in 2 tablespoons liquid, seasoning and liquidize with tart gourd in a pressure cooker.
