Ingredients

  • 2 bitter gourd - cut it round
  • 2 onions - thin and straight cut
  • 2 tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger - finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic - Finely chop
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp pomegranate powder
  • coriander powder - finely chopped Take salt - 1 tbsp oil
  • as per taste

Instructions

To make Sindhi Karela Bhaji formula, first of all stream in in 2 tablespoons liquid, seasoning and liquidize with tart gourd in a pressure cooker.
