To begin making Sindhi Style Besan Tikki Ki Sabzi method, we will first make the besan ki tikki. In a mixing container combine, besan dusting masala condiment, poppy seeds, finely diced green chillies, arid pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, red chilli dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, seasoning, cumin seeds and 2 teaspoons cooking oil. introduce little aqua at a time and start kneading the pastry mix.

You should introduce only little aqua at a time so that the pastry mix is mixed but firm. Now make small lemon sized balls from the pastry mix and flatten them lightly between your palms like a tikki or a patty. In a saucepan, introduce enough aqua and bring it to a bring to a bubble gently.

introduce all the besan ki tikkis into the boiling aqua and let it sit it in the aqua for 2-3 moments. After 3 moments, remove it from the aqua, strain and let it cool to room temperature. In a kadai, introduce enough cooking oil for deep frying.

Once the cooking oil is scalding, introduce the besan ki tikkis to the cooking oil gently.shallow fry until the besan tikkis are golden brown and cooked from the inside.

Remove from the cooking oil and strain on a absorbent paper . Meanwhile, bring to temperature cooking oil in a pressure cooker on medium flame, introduce diced onions.

Saute it until golden brown in colour.Now, introduce turmeric dusting masala condiment, diced tomatoes, coriander dusting masala condiment, garam masala, red chilli dusting masala condiment, seasoning and kasoori methi. introduce aqua, agitate well and close the lid of pressure cooker.

After 3 whistles reduce the bring to temperature and cook thoroughly for another 2 moments on low flame.

Turn off the bring to temperature after 2 moments and let the pressure release naturally. Open the cooker and adjust the thickness of curry base and check for masala condiment levels.Now introduce the fried tikkis into the tomato curry base and let the besan tikkis sit in the cooker for 5 moments or until the tikkis turns soft and absorb the flavour of the Besan Tikki Ki Sabzi.Turn off the flame and finish off with the diced coriander leaves offer Sindhi Style Besan Tikki Ki Sabzi along with Tawa Parathas or a simple Spiced Carrot Pulao method along with a Tadka Raita for a simple weekend lunch.
