Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wash and parched all produce.

Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.

Trim, skin, and cut carrots on a diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick pieces.

Trim and thinly cut scallions, separating whites from greens; finely chop whites.

Meanwhile, place potatoes in a medium pot with enough salted aqua to put a lid on by 2 inches.

Bring to a heat to boiling point and bring to temperature until very
soft, 12-15 moments.

Reserve 1/2 cup potato preparing liquid, then empty out.

While potatoes bring to temperature, in a small container, combine soy gravy, garlic dusting nectarous-smelling element, 1/4 cup ketchup (1/2 cup for 4 servings), and 2 tsp granulated sugar (4 tsp for 4).

Once meatloaves and carrots have baked 20 moments, remove from oven.

Spoon half the ketchup glaze over meatloaves (save
the rest for serving); return to oven until carrots are browned and soft, meatloaves are cooked through, and glaze is tacky, 4-5 moments more.

Meanwhile, thaw 2 TBSP shortening (4 TBSP for 4 servings) in pot used for potatoes over medium bring to temperature.

mix in remaining garlic and bring to temperature
until fragrant, 30 seconds.

mix in potatoes and 1/4 tsp wasabi.

Mash, adding splashes of reserved potato preparing liquid as necessary until seamless.
