  • 3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1 Tomato - big
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt - as required
  • 6 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 10 Whole Wheat Brown Bread - cut into squares or roughly torn

Instructions

introduce in the granulated sugar and seasoning to taste and agitate in the lemon extract keeping the flame on low all the while.agitate skillet-fry until the Bread Upma mixture comes together.Once done finally agitate in the cut bread pieces and toss gently. Saute until the bread pieces are coated well with the masalas.
