  • 1/4 cup Del Monte Mint Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Cheese - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 3 sprigs Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Whole Wheat Bread crumbs - for coating
  • Sunflower Oil - for deep frying

To begin making the Stuffed Potato Cutlet method With Mint Mayo, heat to boiling point potatoes, skin the skin and shred into a dish.introduce red chili dusting masala condiment, cumin dusting masala condiment, amchur dusting masala condiment, coriander leaves, oregano, and table salt to palate.

Flatten slightly into disc.fluff up  the cornstarch once again, dip the cutlets in the corn starch, coat with breadcrumbs well, keep aside.

Repeat this for the remaining mix gently.burning up dairy spread for deep frying.

Once dairy spread turns burning drop is carefully few potato cutlets at a time.

cooking vessel-fry on medium burning up until cutlets turn firm and golden brown on all sides.
