Ingredients

  • 2 Stalks Leek - diced
  • 1 clove Garlic - minced
  • 1 inch Ginger - peeled and grated
  • 3 cups Vegetable stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter - unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the honeyed Potato, Celery & Peanut broth method, make sure to have the fixings ready and the honeyed potato boiled as well. In a heavy bottomed pot; toasty a teaspoon of olive coat over medium toasty.

toss in the celery, leeks, garlic, ginger and swirl around-shallow fry for a few mins until you notice the leeks and celery have softened a little bit.

toss in the burning greens stock, swirl around to combine and let the broth stew over medium toasty for few mins or till the liquid is reduced to half.The next step is to pulse all the fixings in a blender until you get a even puree of the honeyed Potato broth. Once blended, transfer the broth to a saucepan.

toss in the peanut dairy spread, honey, cinnamon ground mix, table salt and pepper to the broth.
