Ingredients
1 Sweet Potato - boiled
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Stalks Celery - diced
2 Stalks Leek - diced
1 clove Garlic - minced
1 inch Ginger - peeled and grated
3 cups Vegetable stock
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter - unsweetened
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
Salt and Pepper - to taste

To begin making the honeyed Potato, Celery & Peanut broth method, make sure to have the fixings ready and the honeyed potato boiled as well. In a heavy bottomed pot; toasty a teaspoon of olive coat over medium toasty.
