Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 500 grams Bhindi (Lady Finger/Okra)
  • 2 Onion - minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

Instructions

To begin making the Bhindi Gosht formula, bring to temperature half cooking oil in pressure cooker, mix in bulb veggie to it and saute it till the bulb veggie turns translucent.

mix in ginger garlic paste, mix in all the spices to it and prepare for few moments.mix in the flesh to the above mixture along with coconut dairy liquid and curry leaves prepare till the flesh is succulent.

Pressure prepare till 15-20 moments.In another skillet, mix in cooking oil and sauté big chunks of okra till 3/4 is cooked.

transfer gently some lemon liquid on it and combine properly.

When done keep it aside.Open the pressure cooker and mix in tamarind pulp and okra.

combine everything well and let it prepare for another 5-10 moments till okra is completely cooked.enjoy Bhindi Gosht along with Tawa Paratha and Jeera Rice for your weekday meal.
