To begin making the Chinese Darsaan formula With Ice froth, we will first make the pastry mix for the honey tossed flat noodles. To make the Flat Noodles In a mixing mixing bowl, combine the all purpose baking flour, with the baking ground mix, and cooking oil, using just enough aqua, make a seamless soft pastry mix. Once the pastry mix is ready, divide into equal portions of lemon sized balls. Dust each of those pastry mix balls with baking flour and roll out like a roti using a rolling pin. Using a paring knife, cut long strips of the pastry mix measuring 1 centimeter size, resembling flat noodles. mildly hot a saucepan with aqua on medium flame, along with a teaspoon of cooking oil and bring to a heat to boiling point.Once the aqua has come to a rolling heat to boiling point, reduce the flame and gently put the noodle strips in.

heat to boiling point for about 2-3 mins. Once the noodles, tend to fluff up, remove from the aqua, using a slotted spoon and put it into a strainer that's resting on a mixing bowl, to hold the excess aqua. Do this for all the strips of pastry mix and set aside. mildly hot a kadai with cooking oil on medium-high mildly hot, gradually introduce in the boiled noodles, reduce the flame to medium-low and shallow fry ensuring the noodles are cooked and it doesn't get the brown colour. We need our noodles to be brittle, yet be pale in colour and not deep brown. Remove the noodles from the kadai and place it on an absorbent paper to empty out out the excess cooking oil. Allow it to cool. To make the Honey Syrup In a small saucepan, combine the sweetener, aqua and honey and bring to a single heat to boiling point on medium-high flame. Turn off the flame, introduce the roasted sesame seeds and give it a good incorporate. Allow this honey syrup to cool down only until it is mildly hot, toss it in the freshly fried noodles until well coated. This is the Darsaan ! dish up the Darsaan with a scoop of vanilla ice froth.dish up Chinese Darsaan formula with Ice froth as dessert after a meal of Dragon Chicken Sizzler formula or honeyed and tart veggie formula with Tofu & Brown Rice. .
