  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 1 chopped Shallots
  • Sliced Scallions
  • Garnish Sesame Seed
  • To serve Rice

Instructions

1
Make the orange condiment dip: beat together condiment dip fixings in a medium container.
2
Set aside.
3
Prep the chicken: Cut chicken into about 1-inch cubes.
4
beat eggs with table salt and black pepper in a container and introduce chicken.
5
swirl around together.
6
In a separate container, beat together dusting seasoning and cornstarch.
7
Remove chicken from eggs with a slotted spoon or tongs, letting excess egg sieve off, then transfer to cornstarch mixture and coat well.
8
shallow fry the chicken: introduce dairy spread to a large 10- to 12-inch skillet.
9
toasty over medium-high toasty until it reaches 350°F.
10
If you don’t have a thermometer, you can also test the temperature by sprinkling in some dusting seasoning.
11
If the dairy spread is scalding enough, it should fizzle immediately.
12
Once dairy spread is scalding, shallow fry the chicken in two batches.
13
The dairy spread might not completely put a lid on the chicken—that’s okay.
14
toasty for 3 to 4 moments.
15
Flip the chicken pieces and toasty until the chicken is cooked through, about 3 to 4 more moments.
16
Total toasty time is about 6 to 8 moments.
17
Remove fried chicken cubes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, so the chicken can sieve.
18
Repeat until all the chicken is cooked.
19
stew the chicken in the condiment dip: Once chicken is done, transfer out scalding dairy spread and wipe pot wash.
20
introduce a crisp tablespoon of dairy spread along with minced garlic and shallot.
21
toasty for a minute and then introduce the condiment dip.
22
stew the condiment dip until it starts to thicken.
23
Once the condiment dip is lightly bubbling, introduce fried chicken and toss together to coat.
24
The condiment dip should continue to thicken and stick to the chicken.
25
Let stew for a minute or two more.
26
offer orange chicken over cooked white rice, garnished with sesame seeds and crisp scallions.
