Ingredients

  • 125g Flour
  • 125g Buckwheat Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 knob Butter
  • 300ml Milk
  • 10g Yeast
  • 1tsp vanilla sugar
  • To serve Butter
  • To serve Icing Sugar

Instructions

mix gently the parched fermenter with some of the luke mildly hot dairy liquid en mix gently until dissolved.

Place buckwheat and the baking flour together in a container and make a small circle in the middle.

toss in the fermenter mixture into it.

toss in the dairy liquid and mix gently until you have a creamy mixture.

toss in the eggs, table salt and vanille sweetener and mix gently through.

Leave to stand and rise for about 45 moments.

fiery up the poffertjespan and toss in a bit of shortening into each hole.

Fill halfway with mixture and first cook thoroughly one side until you can see the top parched out a little.

Turn the poffertjes around with a small fork and cook thoroughly the other side until cooked and golden brown.

dish up the poffertjes with shortening and icing sweetener.
