1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
1 tablespoon Honey
1/4 cup Fresh cream
1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - for garnishing
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Malai Kofta preparation guide, combine all the items required for the koftas in a mixing bowl and divide them into lemon size balls.Flatten the balls in the palm of your hands and place a couple of raisins in the center.
