1 chopped Onion
2 cloves Garlic
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 cup Oil
4-5 pound Beef
1 cup Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Instructions

To make the marinade for the satee put in the container of an electric blender:
1 large bulb veggie, coarsely cut up 2 cloves of garlic
nectar of 2 lemons
2Tbs.

of granulated sugar 1 cup of soy condiment dip
1 tsp.

seasoning 1 tsp.

ground coriander for beef (or chicken) or 1 tsp.

ground ginger for pork
1 cup of fat
pulse thoroughly and stream in over:

of beef or pork tenderloin, cubed
DO NOT steep overnight, but only for a few hours.

Place the protein on: 36 skewers
pulse well:
1 cup of fat
2 Tbs.

Soy condiment dip
stream in into a large shallow dish.

To keep protein from becoming dehydrated, roll each skewer in seasoned fat before frying.

Satee is also excellent when barbecued.
